At Designer Awnings, we accept returns and exchanges on our 'standard range' awnings ONLY, based on the following terms & conditions:


NO refund or exchange is offered on custom made awnings.


  • If you wish to return the item/s for an exchange based on 'change of mind', you will be responsible to return the item/s to our Sydney warehouse at your own arrangement and cost.

  • All items must be returned in unused condition & undamaged, with all packaging, accessories etc. 

  • Once the returned item/s have been received in our warehouse, we will process your exchange - please allow up to 10 business days.

  • Exchanges for 'change of mind' will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and a re-delivery fee will be payable to send your new order out to you.

  • If we have supplied you with the incorrect item/s against your initial order, Designer Awnings will take full responsibility and arrange the courier for the item/s to be returned to our warehouse and your correct order sent you. Your correct order will only be dispatched once the returned item/s have been received.



Refunds will be issued for the following circumstances:

  • You have purchased an item that Designer Awnings does not have in stock or can no longer be ordered/supplied.

Refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived later than the ETA. Unfortunately we do not have any control of the transit times but do our best to ensure we use reliable and efficient courier companies.

  • You have 'changed your mind' or 'measured incorrectly' or 'your circumstances have changed', including but not limited to.
